Our Southfield location is open 3-days per week and is continuously changing with Outlet Furniture, Floor Models, Clearance Items, and Discontinued.

Our Outlet Furniture is brand new with great styles at our starting price point (mid-priced in the industry). We do NOT sell cheap furniture, but quality products that are build to last. Cheap furniture is often designed to last 1 year, thus upsetting customers and extremely environmentally unfriendly as it ends up in a landfill.

We also sell Clearance Items that we purchase for less and sell for less, floor models or discontinued items that need to be marked down. Our quality for the price typically exceeds Big Box stores by more than 20%. Think Internet is cheaper? All of our furniture is curated from top modern brands by our buyers to be cool, in fashion, and fit into Michigan homes. We have supported Metro Detroit since 1974, and are still here for you!
