Price Adjustment

If our price goes down within 15 days of purchase, please contact us and we will provide a store credit for difference. Manufacturer promos are for specific dates and we try to alert our customers of upcoming promos so you can choose to wait for sale price or buy now to expedite delivery lead time or confirm stock is available – if customer chooses to order or purchase due to earlier delivery, it is not eligible for price adjustment.

 

Warranty

Most products come with a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the products’ date of delivery. Some of our manufacturer’s provide a limited warranty that exceeds one year, which you will be covered under their terms and conditions. We can assist you in managing any warranty claims.

Please note that ours and manufacturers warranties are non-transferable and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered under any warranty.

Warranty programs may be offered by a 3rd party (such as Uniters, Guardsman, Square Trade, Centurion, etc.), which are covered under their terms and conditions.

 

Special Orders

Special order merchandise can not be canceled after 24 hours of placing order (and deposit paid) and cannot be returned after delivery. Merchandise found to be defective at time of delivery will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. Bright Ideas cannot be held responsible for delays in manufacturing or shipping.

All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. If you are not satisfied with your items upon arrival, please notify us within 1 business day and we will attempt to correct the situation.

 

Sleep Items

Mattresses, futons, pillows, sleepers and other bedding items cannot be returned, unless BIF provides a signed exchange program policy. If an exchange or return policy is provided for a limited number of day trial, ALL mattresses must be stain/rip free with original tags and a mattress protector must be used during entire trial period. Limited warranty policy is specific to each manufacture and typically requires a mattress protector to prevent stains, liquids and rips from damaging the mattress.

 

Returns

If you decide your stock merchandise piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Our team is here to help you!

All original shipping/delivery charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Some of our products may ship with promotional offers, such as “free shipping,” however the actual outbound shipping costs (from BIF to you) will be deducted from any returned items. Unless agreed to in writing at time of order placement, delivery time frames are NOT guaranteed. Shipping delays are NOT cause for exemption from the BIF Return Policy. We make every effort to work with the best shipping companies; however occasionally delays occur.

Once the item is back at our store/warehouse it will be inspected by our team. All returns are subject up to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer must also pay for return freight charges. The original shipping, restocking fee and return freight charge will be deducted from the amount refunded. Merchandise must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Merchandise that has been used or installed can not be returned.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 10 DAYS.

FLOOR SAMPLES, CLEARANCE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED AND IN-STOCK SALE MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE NO RETURN AND ARE SOLD “AS IS”.
