“Local White Glove” Delivery

Our “Local White Glove” delivery service starts at $150 for Wayne-Oakland-Macomb Counties. Multiple day deliveries would be charged multiple service fees. White glove includes furniture grade shipping where it is received, inspect, assembled, then 2-person delivery into room of your choice, and remove trash. (Some items may be unwrapped and assembled onsite to reduce any transportation damage)

 

“Local” may include some addresses within 40 miles of Lake Orion, 20 miles from Grand Rapids, or 20 miles from Cleveland. Contact us to confirm.

 

Additional charges may apply for going up/down stairs, bed assembly, sleeper sofa, heavy motion furniture, additional people, or disassembly/re-assemble to fit in a room. Delivery crew does not remove doors, windows, railings, shelving, moldings or fixtures. Customer responsible that openings and stairs are large enough and all obstacles clear for a free path to fit furniture into room of choice. If furniture cannot be delivered safely by 2-person crew due to obtructed path, they will leave furniture on the first floor or in garage. A 4-person crew can be hired at additional charges.

 

Watch out for others “free delivery” that drop a 200 pound cardboard box on your front step for you to move inside, assemble, put in place, and throw out trash. We pride ourselves on providing you GREAT SERVICE on your new furniture!

 

Extended White Glove Delivery Area

Our typical Extended White Glove Delivery area includes Lower Michigan and Ohio from Cleveland to Toledo. Please check with us on cost.

 

Out-of-Area Delivery – Please SHOP LOCAL

Unfortunately, we cannot always meet your needs out of Michigan and Northern Ohio, and we do promote you SHOP LOCAL! Our system is set up to be very cost competitive and give great service to our Metro Detroit customers. Our goal is our everyday pricing equals or beats the internet on every product coming to Metro Detroit, plus we have your back if any issues arise locally with our knowledgeable staff.

 

Scheduling Your Delivery

Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will be in touch to let you know when you can expect it and what to expect on delivery day. That is the time to discuss any special accommodations that need to be made to ensure your item(s) can safely be brought inside on your own. Check all dimensions in your home, as it is your responsibility that it will fit. We cannot deliver any product until the product is paid in full, so we will collect any funds due during scheduling. NOT Home or Same Day cancellation will be charged a delivery fee.

 

Smaller items are often sent via common courier (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc). These deliveries are not scheduled in advance, but we will share tracking information, so you know when to expect your order. These items must be paid in full at time of ordering.

 

The Day of White Glove Delivery

Our delivery team will deliver the furniture into the room of your choice (please tell us at time of purchase if tight constraints or big items going up/down stairs to confirm it will fit – it is your responsibility that product will fit). The furniture typically arrives assembled so a quick in/out of your house. We will alert you if assembly is required in your home. When the team completes your furniture delivery, it will be ready to use and all trash will be taken with them.

 

Sorry, we cannot take your old furniture or mattresses with us due to liability.

 

Curbside “No Contact” at our location

You can always pick up your items for FREE at our warehouse or showroom delivery door. Please make sure you can safely lift and transport your items home without damage. Please inspect your items at our location prior to loading.
